Curious to know who is behind the purchase of LTAT shares with such a big quantity and amount ?
LTAT don't just transfer most of their share to someone they don't know. What is their plan ?

554,400 shares change hand at RM7.28 mostly done between 12 to 12.30 noon. I can really smell something.

Susuan......Sorry, I don't have any SBCCorp and PJDevt...never play before....did not keep track.

I think most of the DKSH weak share holders already sold their share.
Now remaining are mostly strong share holders......so just hold on...can go up very high.

Thanks Neohts. I have great confidence in DKSH.. awaiting their coming results after the sale of their prime land in PJ! Very sure it can go beyond rm10. We will surely be rewarded. I know of a lady who bought 300 lots of DKSH at 77 cents, two years back! And still keeping, wow!!

Q4 2013 and total year 2013 result should be a lot better than last year. Don't worry.
With Q4 year end sales for Christmas and New year. Revenue and profit should be higher.

I hope the Extra ordinary gain on sales of Land will be included in Q4'13 result. Then the result will be very very good.

I am new to this counter.
Is there a possibility that the recent high volume done was because of LTAT clearing their balance of their holding?
Also I wonder whether they have sales force helping their principals to sell their products or do purely the distribution for them.

I've the same feeling that LTAT is clearing their balance of their holding. But who is the one that is buying is such a big quantity ? LTAT crony or Political crony ?

Any individual or company holding more than 5% need to update Bursa Malaysia.
But normally they pefer to keep their share in 2 or 3 difference company with with less than 5% each so that nobody could know what they are doing and what is their next move.
Based on the recent transactions, we can smell something is going on.
So just wait and see.

The buyer is a very patience person, slowly collecting so that those cannot hold will sell to him at lower price.

Very Good News - LTAT started buying back DKSH shares in open market.

As at 11/2/2014 - LTAT accumulated 8,905,700 DKSH shares from open market or 5.65%
An increase of 2,221,300 shares or 1.45%.

Previously 31/12/2013 - LTAT hold 6,684,400 DKSH shares = 4.2%
