Why sell when Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera is BUYING ?

26/8/13 - LTAT Acquired - 117,000 - closing price 5.32
23/8/13 - LTAT Acquired - 20,000 - closing price 5.25
22/8/13 - LTAT Acquired - 91,700 - closing price 5.29

14/8/13 - LTAT Disposed - 20,000 - closing price 5.60
13/8/13 - LTAT Disposed - 20,500 - closing price 5.61
12/8/13 - LTAT Disposed - 11,000 - closing price 5.56

I've montor LTAT for the past few months, they have been buying when price is low and selling when price is high.
This think LTAT could have bought a lot during 27th to 30th August when price between 5 to 5.30.
So why sell when LTAT is accumulation more DKSH share ???
Follow LTAT, buy when price is low.

Check the lowest $ LTAT bought for the past 2 months as support level.

DKSH 2nd Quarter Report Revenue 1,282,279. Net Profit 17,835. EPS 11.31.
1H net profit 29.540 million (increased 19.90%)

1 quarter EPS = 11.31, if every quarter improve by 5%, 1 year EPS = 50.00
PE ratio around 10.

Don't forget Q4'13 an estimated gain of RM96, 234 ,000.00 is expected to arise from the Proposed Disposal. EPS on disposal = RM1.1084.

RM1.1084 + yearly EPS $0.50 = estimate total EPS for 2013 = RM1.61

I think they are trying accumulating more share with price around 5 - 5.10.
When they have enough share / meeting their target.....only then they will push up the price.

Yesterday US up 136 points...up for 7 days after announcement no more WAR with Syria.
Luckly I bought some early last week during low. Timing is important....CASH is KING.....HOLDING POWER is even more important....Still POSITIVE with DKSH long term.

Waiting for Q4 and total 2013 result early next year. By including extra ordinary gain on Disposal of land. The total earning per share will hit record high....I am sure by that time the share price will hit the highest DKSH record.

As long as fundamental if the co do not change than is alright. I just wonder why there want to maintain the DKSH malaysia listing. If is delisted than i think share price wil not be at this price.

Dutch Lady - NTA - RM3.07. Dlady share price - RM47.10 (15 times Overvalue)
OKA - NTA - RM1.67 OKA share price - RM0.70 (2.3 times Undervalue)

So we can't really compare NTA with share price.
Willing buy willing sell.

Share market GURU say don't invest more than 5 counters....because you can't monitor all.
Is Harisons local or foreign own company? I like the company name and I like to invest in foreign own company.

Harrisons Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services to subsidiaries. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the marketing, sales and distribution of consumer, engineering, building materials, wines and chemical products and the operation of shipping, insurance and travel agencies.

Business is almost the same as DKSH. Small paid up capital...consistant revenue and profit.
EPS not bad compare to share price.
Harrisons Major share holder - Bumi Raya International Holding Company Limited - 22% share.

I still prefer DKSH as the DKSH own 74.31% share.
Top 30 share holders own 91.55% .....So there is very little shares in open marker...easy to manipulate and easy to push share higher.

Local company, but part of Harisons & Crossfield UK. Yes, Harisons similar to DKSH, that's why was told to buy it instead of DKSH, but thought DKSH easier to push up as very little shares in the open market, as you rightly said. Anyway, no regrets buying DKSH as the share price is slowly but surely moving up!

Teck Liam........Wait for total 2013 result in Q1 next year, you will find that the total earning / profit increase more than one hundred % due to gain on disposal of land and increase in revenue & profit. EPS will be almost RM2.00.
By that time, hopefully the share price will touch record high.
DKSH winning team is going for long term investment. There is no plan in selling the share.
Less DKSH shareholders the team will become even stronger.

If top 30 shareholders can increase there shares from 91.55% to 95%. The remaining 5% minority shareholder have strong holding power, then the share can go very high.
