Now Cash rich.
So there is no problem in offering Bonus issues in near future.

Another 651,200 shares change hand this morning at $6.32 at one go. More than RM4 million.

This is not the first time. For the past 3 weeks, more than 5,000,000 share transfer from ABC to XYZ at a fixed price and time - Estimated RM31 millions. 3% of total share.
Only Big player can do that. So just wait for their next move.

Q3'13 result improved by 48% compare to last year Q3'13.

I know of one lady, my friend's relative, who bought 300 lots at 77 cents each two years ago!! Wow, she must be laughing all the way to the bank!! Still not sold, said she will sell when it reaches rm12!!

I always believe holding power is very important. Those who want to sell already sold most of their shares. Remaining will be us (DKSH Winning team) which have been faithfully holding for long term. Sooner or later, DKSH will break $10.00 or even $12.00

DKSH will be like AEONCR, GAB, Carlberg, Dutchlady and BAT. Foreigner holding company.
DKSH Switzerland holding 74.31% share. Top 30 shareholders hold more than 90% shares. The rest are long term investors. Good Luck

My initial DKSH shares were from the public issue many many years ago, and held until today. It was so low below RM1 until I also didnt take any notice of it, and just let it be. Until one fine day a few months back, when I received a notification of the sale of their land for over RM100 million, and that was when i took notice of the shares, and bought some more. Wow, that was a good buy with the profits I got from selling my Tdm shares which gave me profits of close to 200%, after holding them for 3 years, ex-bonus/split. Yes, Neohts, I totally agree with you, strong holding power to good shares with good dividend yields, is a key to winning!!

when i first discovered and get interested into this stock, it is trading at rm5, i bought it when it was around 6.50. in fact i have no idea whether the price that i bought in is overvalue or not, but looking at the business side and the market expansion service report, i am attracted by it. Altho at first i am aware of the super low profit margin, but if DKSH can improve the profit margin(well, the profit margin for the 9 months current year indeed is higher than the 9 month last year), the profit will jump dramatically, and it is all depend on the operation efficiency and the bargaining power of DKSH, whether to the consumer or their clients. If you having a good network and expertise in the whole chain of market expansion, that means you are good, the competitors has no where to get near to your competence in short time. Emerging market is a fast growth market compared to developed country, everyone is rushing into this market, what they need is to find a good partner to help them develop and DKSH is known as the premium brand that can help them especially in FMCG and healthcare products. Barring any unforeseen financial crisis or economies melt down and etc etc, i believe DKSH can do well in the coming years too(well just guessing/betting on it). If consumer or healthcare company can do well, so can DKSH right? Indeed a good proxy for one to purchase a consumer stock into a not so high valuation(at least i perceived like this).

More than 600,000 shares change hand again this morning at $6.46.
This is a very Good sign, meaning that some big player is collecting at huge volume with agreed price and volume. They have been collecting for quite some time and we don't know how many they have at this moment. I am sure when they have collect enough, they know what to do.

If you analyse what LTAT is doing, Selling and buying back....actually LTAT is shaking those who can't hold and in between someone is collecting more and more. That is the only way to test the holding power and collect at cheaper price.....At the end of the day, long term investors always win.
