Main Place Mall is not the subject.
You must SEE thing in its Context I am talking about.
I am saying that monkey thought Gadang has Rm94 millions profit while Bpuri has only Rm3.2 millions profit.
Monkey & all others failed to SEE that the Rm205 Millions from Main Place Mall is ALSO A PROFIT.
PROFIT HIDDEN & CONCEALED IN ASSETS.
All of you have failed maths miserably.
If I am your maths teacher I will surely give you guys an "F"
Yes! Failure to SEE & CALCULATE & THEREFORE WILL FAIL IN YOUR INVESTMENTS!

I do support Clavin's methodology but Bina Puri is worth to considered when only significant change in middle management and business vision. She had been losing money in KLIA2 due to piling issues and need to rework.

Again you are diverted from the Main Focus of the Subject.
The Subject is THIS
Monkey said Gadang made Rm94 millions while Bpuri made Rm3.2 millions
Actually the Figures are like these
Gadang made Rm94 millions & Bpuri made Rm3.2 millions & Rm205 millions
So the correct maths answer is
Gadang made Rm94 millions while BPuri actually Made Rm208.2 millions
And what if Main Place Mall can only be sold for 50% of its value?
So Gadang profit is Rm94 millions & BPuri profits is Rm102.5 M & Rm3.2 mil
= Gadang profit Rm94 millions & BPuri profit Rm105.7 Millions
@ VenFx, are you an insider or BPuri? How do you know that they are in negative cash?
I see the ability of BPuri to secure projects, which will give them steady inflow of revenue. Further to that, do you really think that they are so desperate for cash and no banks want to provide loans to BPuri that they have to raise RM25m thru PP? I believe Bankers would loves to loan to them. Or do you see that insider are actually accumulating shares for BPuri?
@ VenFx, I know it show in the annual report. But you have missed my main questions whether do u see them in financial shit situation or u see that insider are actually accumulating shares by placing PP again.
If u see that they are in financial shit situation, maybe you can try to enlighten why they are able to still raise PP at higher than market price, does this actually mean that either insider or elite rich are idiots?
If you see that insider or elite rich are actually accumulating share thru PP then why is it so?
By just condemning BPuri based on hatred on Calvin is not convincing.
Investment in share or company is about seeing future potential and not about past or current. By looking at what accountant presented is not enough.
I'm not a supporter of Calvin, he didn't explain in depth on why he is encouraging what makes BPuri a must buy as well. He is too much on the surface too.
I'm actually expecting a more 360 degree view from either u or Calvin as well.
Negative cash flow is shown in annual report. This means no cash to continue do business. Hence must get extra cash. But from where?
Few ways. 1. Debt market. Issue bonds. But must find investors n pay high interest. Bonds may have extra clauses to protect investors ...clauses maybe too much for bpuri n they dun like it... 2. Rights issue. Issue extra shares... but may dilute owners shareholding. Must pay a high interest too. Must find investors. May not find them. 3. Private placement. Private issue to investors at high price. Will dilute owners shares if issue to new investors. If same investors will increase shareholdings like airasia tony case.
With negative cash flow u think banks or investors will do 1 ? No way Do 2? Maybe but bpuri must pay high interest. Neg cashflow how to pay?
Do 3? Seems this is their ownly choice. Hence must show ppl high price pp at 50c lo. But i think the pp will be sapu by the owners ONLY.
Bear in mind the owners will have to borrow money ALSO to buy the pp
I have RM50k free cash flow now, I want to invest in stocks which will bring me high return in 3 years (not for 10%-15% short term gain), why must I "invest in BPuri now" and why must I "not invest in BPuri now".
If I do invest into BPuri now, what will be my return in 3 years (either a positive or negative return)
I guess for most of the viewers, we are expecting this too, if for speculation, BPuri is not a good counter for short term gain.
No one is right or wrong on 3 years investment, please give ur view so that most of us can make our choice.
no need 360 view lar, pretty staraight forward. If you are in the industry. Many sifus here has pointed out the fragile part of Bpuri financial and poor margin. Need not me to elaborate.
Calvin juz another i3 novice that try to convince others i3 forumers relentlessly with his siok sendiri fantasy, that i'll not tolerance.
For Calvin everyone is the chic on the ground he is the bird , pretty ctupid isn't it ?

Take 100b projects also useless, blindly busy without good profits. Once anything happen, no room to escape, sure loss.
