70,000 x US$2.50/hr x 8760 x 90% = US$1.38 billion a year

I assume that Your estimated Revenue of US$1.38 Billion a year will be fully reflected in FY 30.6.2026?
Are you able to guesstimate the PAT from the US1.38 billion revenue for FY2026?

@Permutation, as said before I do not have sufficient info to make good estimates of potential earnings from YTLP AI data centre.

I see that the assumptions used by CIMB analyst in her report dd 22 Feb 2024 are more or less inline with what I have, and hence I tend to believe the earnings projection made by CIMB analyst for YTLP AI data centre business is credible, especially when the report was issued after she met with YTLP management.

KULAI: Singapore-based Bridge Data Centres (BDC) is expected to invest RM15bil on its data centre presence in Malaysia, says Deputy Communications Minister Teo Nie Ching (pic).

She said the company had already invested more than RM2bil in the first phase of its project at the Sedenak Tech Park @ Ibrahim Technopolis in Sedenak, Kulai.
