Those who invested in puncak, I can say " U r too rich to give RZL money to use" Rzl cant make the company profit without any concession job. Sino <-- Big loss, Oil & gas <-- loss, Contract in Selangor <-- Big loss, Court case with the contractor. Coming soon..... Plantation <--loss.
Very curious, RZL and his inexperienced son r doing business to earn profit or distributing money?

Still worth to invest?

Money rich, doesnt mean the money will be there forever... Only continue profit will give a good reward to shareholders

From the deal, We can see tat RZL is actually transferred the money from puncak to triplc. U owned these two companies, whichever make profit from either company will also go to ur pocket. I cant understand y puncak wan to acquire this company. Y it cant acquire other company like wat kps done. Any reason?

Everything is working out as I forecast quite a while ago.
Its confirm SC is partner in crime. SC will do a bit more Wayang kulit to entertain you while Rohjadi squeeze the last drop of blood from puncat.
My reading on Rohjadi intentions is spot on.
Rohjadi makan less than 50% of the loots in Puncat by taking over overpriced rubbish assets n cpy.It was generous of him.
Family put in place in Puncat to milk the Cow till dry.
Good family man.
The good news is with less surplus cash in Puncak the looting will slows down and Puncak will still be worth slightly above RM 1 if no further sodomizing takes place.
So like I said before don't play with hungry Buayas.
Before you say i don't own shares in Puncat ...i do ..hit n run lah

The big question is: Will u be so silly to offer the price of 3.04 if the market price is still 1.60++. U not necessary to own 100% of triplc to get the profit sharing. U can acquire whatever quantity of shares in the market until 3.04 which the price u r willing to pay. Make it to be ur subsidiary n gain the control. If the shares in the market are not enough for puncak to gain the control, then u can announce the takeover plan in the market.

Why u wan to pay more? Too much money don know where to dump? Anyone can answer this? Will u vote for or against the deal?

Cease all the operations is the best way to save puncak..... capital repayment. Pay 20+ million of remuneration to the director for making the company loss is worth for the shareholders? Or u pay me 1 million to my management team, i can assure tat every year the company loss money.

Since SC already first approved Puncak circular, therefore, the circular detail on acquisition triplc will be announce in the bursa first.

Portfolio took advantage of Puncak weakness share price by swap further more capital from jtiasa to Puncak at 73.5-74sen.

Y Mb Khalid used 0.9 time to buy puncak? Since the concession was the same. This can prove tat puncak is not capable, only concession business can help him to make profit. Splash is well managed, i think we shouldn't punish them by offer 0.1 time value. Everything should be fair. Think carefully if u wan to invest in puncak

Dumb dumb hold for next upcoming catalyst for at least 10-20%, circular to acquire earning accretive triplc + EGM
