Net cash company. Net current assets 235M. Net long term assets around 200M. If you look into the details the long term assets can be revalued up to 3x just on liquidation value.

Market cap 400M. Steadily makes 50M a year and pays you around 6% yield in normal times, quarterly. No tax on dividend compared to REITs.

This stock will not be shariah compliant for some time because too much cash.

If they don't do any corporate exercise and share price doesnt go up, cash = share price in 4 years time lol while still owning a business and asset that makes 50M a year.
