At price of RM1.10, the market capitalisation of SGB is oledi RM115 million.

Assuming PE 5 for similar size developer, you need NET PROFIT RM23 million to support current price!!!

SGB has never registered any profits for all these years since its listing with Bursa. See yourself.

Pe hor, is relative things, price and earnings. Many yrs ago, pe of gadang and also huayang, ecoworld super high. Ecoworld one point pe60!
Tht due to price los, earnings also not in much, after ppl realised something big coming, price will move first! Before earnings are in!
That's the nature of property stocks, thus result in high pe. Now after so many years, earning masuk, price also moved up, pe of course normalised??
So, in early stage you must move before others move later only to realised huge profit coming in. That's how you win big!

以RM1.10的价钱，SGB的市价是一亿一千五百万。

同类型的发展商的PE ratio是介于4-5之间，假设PE ratio是五的话，SGB需要有净利润两千三百万来支持现在的价位！

Paperplane就是无法说出他对SGB合理价，期盼的净盈利还有未来PE ratio?

Harus di ingat juga,jika sesebuah company yg di senaraikan,tiada value,maka ia tidak mungkin akan di senaraikan di bursa Malaysia,jika hampir bungkus,maka mereka akan apply utk delisted dari bursa,jika kompeni seperti SGB setiap hari,ada declare,ada individu atau company beli sampai berjuta atau berbelas juta share setiap hari (lihat announcement bursa),jadi mana mungkin share ini tiada value,logiknya,takkan lah mereka menghabiskan berbelas atau berpuluh juta wang mereka pada share yang tiada value.

semalam buyer yang sengkang masih ada lagi lebih dari 5 juta,kemungkinan utk share ini di mainkan semula secara aktif adalah tinggi,apa apa hal semuanya bergantung kepada pengalaman investor yg ingin bermain di dalam share ini.Ada yang suka pada spekulasi,ada yg menggunakan pengalaman,ada yg yg tiada pengalaman tapi menggunakan kepintaran sendiri menganalisa,semuanya ada kelebihan masing masing sendiri.Jadi apa yg perlu di risaukan,sendiri ada kelebihan diri sendiri.Sama ada buyer besar seperti institution nak collect lagi hari ini,belum tahu lagi,apa apahal perhatikan pada buyer dan seller hari ini,jika rasa mampu buat duit,masuklah,jika rasa tidak mampu,atau tidak punya pengalaman dalam permainan seperti ini,maka janganlah masuk,duit sendiri punya,jadi terpulang pada diri masing masing.ok..bye.
