PA at the current price... people will buy 10 PA to convert to 1 mom..... the company would not get even 1 sen.... is this how it was planned?? Doesn't make sense...

Only makes sense... if it is the major shareholders who are buying the PA cheap now.... from the profit made from pump and dump...

Major shareholders buying PA now to convert to increase their % shareholding in SGB... not for sale...

i don't think warrant will drop much because on 1st day trading close @ 0.22 and mother share close @ 0.80. IF mother share drop back to 0.80, warrant will still around 0.20. if buy warrant @ 0.235 now the risk is very low.

SGB Pa was offer at RM0.06 cent, so you can either use one PA + RM0.54 to get one mother, That time mother was RM0.64.

or 10 PA to get one mother, let says now 10 PA RM0.065 x 10 = RM0.65 compare to mother of current RM1.06. yes you make make suing arbitrate method however before you converted, mother may drop to the level below RM0.65. it normally take 2 weeks to convert. be careful of trapped.

of coz having said that no all counter will be trapped. you decide the rest. risk is there.
