Actually, distribution of PA already done between 0.08 to 0.12 .... now it's time for operator to collect back some to convert later on ...... that's why good to collect at 0.06 or bow ..... cheers .....

I guess this few days many contra kakis and gpreng kaki will kena wash out first. Today n tomolo wash all those weak holders out. Then next week goreng up! As they cant trigger designated, must do it low profile a bit, slow slow up!

At price of RM1.02, the market capitalisation of SGB is already RM107 million.

Assuming PE 5 for small time developer, you need NET PROFIT RM21.3 million to support current price!!!

How much you value this company? How much is the expected profit? What is the PE you are looking for?
