Today dps can easily walk passed 0.135 But there is One very Big player that keep selling
at 0.115......and later set up a 3 layer block.....Buying now concentrating at 0.105

just wonder why the announcement of the Court Case win was not mentioned and publicised in the Star,Nst and related medias other than KLSE and our I3 forum. HOPEFULLY , DPS will publicised this Court Case together with the March , qtr 2016 result anytime this month ,,,

Guys, look at the price before and after announcement, a mere 0.005 difference. Whoever selling at this price will be kicking themselves within the next few weeks. Just ask the samngks and davidkw flers, after announcing their selling, they kept coming back spreading lies and poison in this thread. No need be short sighted. If you want to earn that half sen or one sen profit, go ahead and sell. Those staying back are aiming higher in the longer run.

大家安心，千万不要失望，只起半仙，是最后丢出的500压低下来！DPS好不容易脱困，刚才我会和一位要好的律师（其大部份代表保险公司的官司）照他看来，上诉庭已驳回，保险公司就应该赔足且要附上利息和一切费用。保险公司最喜欢拖久久，但最怕收到winding up letter,相信很快就claim 到，像刚才mr Diven,说的，買来收一阵子，不好过量或 contra,辟免被洗出去，日后一定有回報，不再像之前赌大小！gd nite

（吉隆坡12日訊）DPS資源（DPS，7198，主要板房產）與豐隆MSIG伊斯蘭保險公司的訴訟案獲得勝訴，提振母股和憑單交投熾熱，列入20大熱門股榜。

DPS資源早盤介于10.5仙至12仙之間交易，休市起1仙報11仙，半日有1685萬8700股易手。閉市時，該股報10.5仙，起0.5仙，成交量1919萬5200股。



至于憑單DPS資源-WB（DPS-WB，7198WB，主要板憑單）早盤在6仙至7仙之間交易，休市起1仙報6仙，半日交投有1786萬400股。閉市時，該憑單報6仙，起1仙，成交量2167萬5900股。

DPS資源昨日（11日）向馬證交所報備，上訴庭駁回MSIG的上訴申請，但批准MSIG分批支付，因此將交由高庭重新評估損害賠償事宜。

對此，DPS資源子公司Shantawood 私人有限公司在2012年12月29日向高庭提起訴訟，要求MSIG根據火險保障下賠償2422萬令吉虧損賠償，因MSIG拒絕提供賠償。
