waste time burning down own factory for insurance claims (9yrs wait). DPS was doing 40mil sales every Qr before factory been Burnt down---DPS was bigger than Poh Huat Berhad then., now Poh Huat makes 120mil / Qr and DPS furniture makes LESS than 10mil / QR

Poh Huat was traded at 20--30cents for 10years after Ipo. while Dps ipo jumps to 1.10 and came
down to 80c for many years. Poh Huat was last traded at 1.38 and Dps now at 0.11

If you don't make money at the right time and place, you see nothing / not even shadow after that

jj nobody will sell any properties to you around HSR terminal. Already announced in paper. I
check in Dps annual report, dps properties worth 80mil now. But when HSR starts, these
properties could worth 3X more. Which means DPS is sitting on a Gold mine. Now i tell you
bcos i already collected alot.

Agreed with Kk7198..Since is around, Investor really don't hv confident with Dps. Others every year slow slow Naik here no spirit to go up. As an investor, they only wan their investment growth but this counter really really disappointed. Maybe Dato Peter don't want others to enjoy prosperity together...if true, forever DPS will stagnant and never catch up with Top Glove. All their workers now can work until pencen because they love their boss so much. Everyone almost a millionaire already...

since SinG started about property value., i did bought a property about 1mile from Jonker street.
I can tell you from experience, don't buy properties inside Jonker Street, you cannot convert
this Old buildings into modern unit---local council won't allow it. Don't buy Condo near HSR
stations, the electromagnetics wave will fried you slowly
However i think Melaka local council will re-gazette area within 5 KM of Jonker street. Dps
factory Len Cheong may has to move out to prevent environmental damage to Waterfront projects

Usually Waterfront Developer decide where they want to build their project, Not local Council.

Just give a Call to Chief Minister, you can build anywhere you want

So is DPS properties going to appreciate, 100% yes

80mil DPS properties could be value at 1.0bil in 10 ten years. Not too far off. My father Subang Jaya's house was bought at 65K, 15 years ago, now value 1.2M

it is surprise Volume can jump to 100mil before Qr results and before Peter asks for buyback.
Somebody must Told somebody to Buy. This block(100m) didn't return back to the market Or else
Dps will be back to 0.06... My guess furniture Biz will return back to Good number, maybe 20mi
sales ( if 40mil sales means Dps can jump back to 80 cents, like 10years ago before Fire)

I am keeping an Eye on how Peter is going to react to HSR. Usually HSR comes very Fast...
