- on competition, gloves is competitive as it is global biz. There r 250 factories globally, but left 20% only

-New entrant to market is natural, but whether they can sustain after 3 years is another question.

-emphasising on automation and digitalization in production. TG has 6 R&D centres, with 750 staff, of which 300+ are engineer. 30+ r PHD

-gloves generally up 10% to 15%, but now at 50% during pandemic

-now is 5 cycles in history, but cycle is different

-aim to list in HK next year

-aim to break into Fortune 500 companies after Petronas ( but not mentioned which yr)

-he is now 60 yrs old, want to live till 120 yrs old

- he considers all his 20k staff as his children. Whoever better will lead, not necessary his sons.

China private Investments are mainly centre in 4 Countries----America, Canada, EU and India.
With Trump, America is Gone, Bcos of HuaMei, Canada is finished, India is now in Cold-War
with China---Left EU.

With TikTok Dumping Billions into Singapore, the Revival of Melaka Waterfronts by
Chinese Investor is very, very Bright. So is HSR, actually first HSR proposal came from China
but America and Japan intervene. China can built "China-Made HSR" without Malaysia Gov
spending a cents (of course got to pay back later)

Whether DPS can capitalise on Melaka Waterfront and HSR development depends on how
much political Connection Peter HAS------However i think both projects has 80% chance of
been implemented sooner or later( most likely from China Funds )

With very small mkt cap, I don't think Got chance to get more project.....unless like focus dynamic with mkt cap of more than rm4b.

I know nothing. But i think Dps furniture will do well after Sept. Last week i got a plywood export
order....given to me, no need capital but must export out from Port Klang to California. The plywood
came from Perak belong a Chinese Co. So I became Alibaba. DPS will be come alibaba soon,
thanks to Trump's Tariff

HSR Construction cost is 43Bil and 67Bil is for Development Cost (all in 110Bil). Got 7 terminal
station so development cost for Each Terminal is around......9.5Bil

Melaka Terminal may get a Lion Share bcos it is a Singapore Tourist Destination even without
HSR. Say Melaka Terminal get 15bil development Budget....spin-off as JJ says is 3-4times so
actual Development Value under DPS area is a Massive 60 Billion and this didn't include
Melaka Waterfront.....wow... 160 Billion

DPS no hope to get the project due to very very small mkt cap n never take opportunity on mkt bull run...ie focus dynamic, n many more of pn17 company which their mkt cap higher than DPS...they still wan to accumulate their share maybe for few more yrs?
