22 Sept., AGM---Share Buy-Back
Can Peter actually carried out Buy-Back?
One of the Bursa requirement is share-buy back Must not exceed Retained Earnings(RE)
How much RE dps has?----54.2 mil

Maximum Peter can buy Back is 58.8million --say 12cents( at 0.12*58.8m = 7.0mi cash needed )
Can be Done!!!

Peter holds 246.96 M shares plus 100m bought before Qr results plus 58m= 404m out 588nosh
Which means 183m left as free float ( at 0.13cents = 24mil ) Like kacang puteh to sharks
( pls this is scenario i imagine )

DPS must increase their Mkt cap if not they will at the loser side to get more project in the future. So far, DPS still a dormant counter and zzzz for long long time.unless next week Dato Peter proof that DPS are back for business.

Furniture segment outlook very good... pohuat already said order until next year....
DPS will be same too....the most lagging stock plus property segment will back..

wonder who daily collect between 0.110 to 0.120.

Hopefully at AGM, Peter opening speech will clarify to shareholders why DPS has no interest to overseas investors, minimum sharebuy back price and possible mention of diversification into HSR! waterfront and Covid 19 related businesses, which will easily help DPS break the 15cts barrier to higher price...
