The planned 100billion Melaka Waterfront Economic Zone is most likely between the famous "Jonker Street" and Malacca Submarine Museum. It is going to be a Reclaimed Land and just
next to Jonker Street (Malacca DownTown)...How far Jonker Street to Ayer Keroh HSR Station---
about 20mins twist here twist there( the last time i went down to look at DPS housing project in
Taman Bukit Rambai Putra Project )

So the Big question is how far is DPS Taman Bukit Rambai Putra project from Melaka Waterfront
Economic Zone (100Billion )-----about 3 KM along Sungai Ayer Salak ( you cannot finished one Cigarette )

If Ayer Keroh HSR station really kick-off, FED will surely spend another billion to built up surrounding infrastructure called economic spin-off. This will really kick-off 100 billion Melaka
Waterfront Economic Zone (no developer wants to spend money on infrastructure )

DPS is smacked right inside this Zone. If Peter cannot find any opportunity, he should retired.
Even KL people like me already makes trip to Melaka to look see, look see

Since Waterfront is going to be built on reclaimed Land, initial job will be foundation works, drainage, piping( M&E), earthworks---easily several billions( will be gradually done). Then there is
marina yacht bays for rich Singaporean and Shanghianese (no mamak store for sure )

Current Economic condition needs physical Spending badly----HSR is a very Good One.
Say Fed spends 1.50---2.0 Bil on Ayer Keroh Station including Highway Links. The spin-off in
other economic factor will be 3 or 4 times----Technically about 7 Billion will be dumped into DPS
control area with 3years----alot of money. Peter now is more concerned about how to Inflate DPS
share Value to raise money for future projects----hahahaha----Goreng Time

2. Buy back shares 10%
3. Thrump policy banned product "Made in Hong Kong"

For Peter to lock on "expected projects", he needs to raise atleast 500mil within 2--4years period Or else he will miss the opportunity---will not happen again (HSR will come fast if agreed bcos Fed can raise money ) As for Peter who controls 42%, he has to raise 200mil (a tall order)

First thing first, Dps price must raise to 1.0------At 10cents, RI is waste of Time.

Second option is Capital injection from Investors with lands and Cash. See this happen, immediately sailang, don't ask why.

Share buybacks benefits the directors and insiders as the timing is normally passed to their appointed brokers who may secretly informed his members etc...and can be manipulated by them.....can be burn down to buyback cheap but hopefully not ..
