Another set of excellent results!! I think it is a record high quarterly net profit for Wellcall, at least highest since I invested in from 2022.
Free cashflows of RM63 million or 12.7 sen in FY2023 are super strong, enabling Wellcall to declare high dividends of 2.8 sen for Q4.
If these last 2 quarterly results can sustain forward, Wellcall will have even higher operating cashflows for FY2024, which may support total dividend payouts of 10 sen per share or more.
@Pinky, I don't set any particular target price for Wellcall, but just hold on for its growing dividend payouts as the business grows.
If the strong earnings momentum continues into 2024, Wellcall will have free cashflows of 12.7 sen or higher for 2024. Based on 7% cashflow yield, Wellcall should be worth RM1.81 in 2024.
I feel the stock is fairly a good one to hold...due to its strong balanced sheet, diversified product range (in terms of industries they serve), diversified markets and quarterly dividend payouts.. . Its profits spiked in the last quarter...when most small companies were reporting lower profits or losses.. It may face a bit of higher material prices in the 4thQ, but there are many factors going in its favour..It may not spike again soon...but in a safe stock to hold in times of uncertainity in my view...just speculating...
Yes Pinky, Good QR indeed, Able to increase productivity n reduced cost. Looks like this year result will be better than 2023, divy too. 2 sen Dividen this Q.🤑🤑🤑
