Dutaland ok if you bought at 39 sen and don't greedy chased it over 70 sen lah

Now Dutaland real time price after Calvin first buy call at 39 sen minus special dividend is only 29 sen

So still in the money

Now always buy low.

If you live on 1st floor condo you don't fear falling like if you live on the 50th floor

Uzma 52 weeks low was 55 sen and high was over Rm1.50

So at 63.5 sen the risk of falling further is now limited.

But the reward of going up is favorable after Kwap sold all

Later Epf will start buying

I told my buddies to be cautious as Kwap might still be selling down

To wait for Kwap finished selling all first is the best.

BUT since nobody knows for sure and nothing is set in stone it is up to everyone to decide for himself

I remember in Tmakmur forum last time when Tmakmur was around Rm1. 40 and someone also asked me to buy or not as price was down trending. I told him to wait as price might get cheaper.

Who knows suddenly Pahang Royalty took Tmakmur private at Rm1. 90 without warning.

So I was blamed for telling him not to buy as prices might still get cheaper which he missed dearly.

So I think each has to decide for himself.

Peace peace to this stock now at 63.5 sen

52 weeks high for Uzma was Rm1. 51

52 weeks low was 55 sen

Now price of Uzma only 8.5 sen to the all time low of 55 sen.

From here downside is limited

THE odds now favors the brave who collect cheap.

NO shares can rise up forever even in uptrend

Conversely, no share can keep going down for ever if there is margin of safety.

For Uzma it is now a classic Walter SCHLOSS and Ben Graham stock at more than 50% discount to Net assets.

For TMakmur case, it was sudden news. No one to be blamed. Same as Lafarge cement.
This time rumours of potential market turmoil has been hinted at large. It is Fed rate cut or remain and the DT & Xi G20 meeting outcome. The latter ppl already know it is going to be bad.

I think for Uzma the support is at 61 sen

And the first rebound target is 88 sen

So if you can get at 61 sen and reach first rebound target of 88 sen there is a 44%
