subscribe Right issue pay RM750 per 1000 share. If not subscribe, have to sell off Rights to other when start trading for it. New shares can sell only after listed in KLSE. No worry. Your broker, remisier or agent can arrange the proccess. Just pay only. Happy Trading.

1 bil market cap can easily hit 3 bil in the next several years if it continues to perform like it does now. and 3 bil is still way smaller compare to Sapura Kencana. you got what I mean guys? STRONG FUTURE HERE. Like Yinson from 2011-2014, fly fly fly..now a bit slow d la Yinson but Uzma's engine has not even reached half maturity yet. LAI LIAO HUAT AH

NOOO don't do that. I sold a bit 2 weeks ago at 6.30 and look at this now..Huating again..I damn regret liao but lucky only 25% of the total I have. Look at it flying now..In fact I would love to buy more again soon

athlon - you will receive PALS form, fill it, buy banker cheque (no personal cheque) and post back to the registrar...there is limited time to subscribe, pls do not overlood on the time frame

sorry, i am not the right to comment the market force whether it is good time to go in.

The 2nd part is mean tat your entitlement on the right share. By Paying RM0.75, you will receive the share worth of RM3.xx.

23/07/2014, you right share will creditted into your account, and you are able to trade it.

willie, catcat & athlon - if you dont wan to subscribe the right share, you may sell your UZMA-OR (rights) in the market (27/6 - 03/07)

else, your right will cease for trading, lapse and worthless...this is cost on your own side

Please ensure you receive the form on time. If you do not receive the form, pls call Registrar @ 78418000, and request form from them
