what i mean is that the properties in Johor esp in and around IDR are over-played so much so that the state govt has to step into curb the unhealthy speculations generated by imposing new rules and increased in levy for foreighners who undoubtedly have created the surge and sudden increase which will not benefit the locals in the long run.

do you think the properties bubble in Johor Bahru area will sustain for long ? So many properties high and landed are being built at a very fast pace. New launches here and there almost on the monthly basis with advertisement on the media, newspapers daily. Is is good indication or what ? How many are genuine purchasers honestly or herd mentality just making used of the DIMBS rolling on fast cash investment so called ? Thanks.

make sure the jobs in S'pore will be well secured for a longer term and nobody will face problems to securing good paying jobs there be the main criteria for sustainance .

TS Liew said 1 in three of his purchasers cant get loan, that's a lot of lost business but TS Liew never help in getting loan approvals anyway, he should do more like setting up an in house mortgage broking arm

Majority of the purchasers = their internal staffs.... Just increase the staffs salary , it will indirectly helps.....those holding multiple units, nothing more to complain for not getting loan

Dear Friends at FOCAL AIM,

Yesterday I went to Iskandar for house renovation job. To my surprise paint price has gone up to RM105 from RM90 per five liter.

Many of my contruction friends could not get workers. Govt clam down on illegal vietnam & indon workers have caused them to flee Malaysia.

Those remaining ones the Construction bosses are afraid to hire. A RM5,000 fine for harbouring any illegal worker.

And with petrol price rise developers are facing higher cost.

Also with the impending 5% property purchase tax for Singaporean will dampen interest.

So guys & gals, better sell Focal and switch to PM Corp(4081) now as PM Corp is going for a NICE CASH PAY OUT SOON.

Speculators alredi bought a lot on dIBS, now no more dibs from developers, developers will sell less, less supply means prices will go up even more for speculators to profit more from houses bought previously under DIBS.
