this is a proxy war btw Liew and PNB !!!
PNB will inject more asset into setia to boost up the value but the impact of liew leaving is too great, as all local n FF tend to follow liew ! FF n local private fund already start selling setia n go for focal !!!
i foresee not less than 2 years focal will be biggest property co. in Msia !!!By that time PNB got no choice also have to take 30% stake @ may be @10.00 per share !!!!!!
market rumour that since PNB step in setia, more than 200 chinese staff left the company(80% join his son)

PNB been swallowing up many property Cos the reduced competition caused house prices to spiral. they should allow MBO if they really keen to bring down house prices by unleashing cut throat competition in the housing industry

just like what has been predicted, focal may drop to its original level where the inked price stated at 1.40 soon? Those who kept at a higher price may have to wait a long long time to realise the profit.

The shareholders who sold priced the share at the net asset value. Am a bit puzzled why they sell so much... if the prospects of focal becoming a sp setia v.2 is good, why not hold some? surely the new owners would be happy with 51%..... The focal aims story that we read in the papers is not the whole truth? I am tempted to buy, when the share drop back to RM1.40 or less...

Agreed at 1.95 is rather pricey . should be back to home ground when support fizzled out in near term . May buy when it hit around 1.40 or less.
