Yip, congratulations to you for making good profits even though you are unsatisfactory with it. For new comer of coz the margin will be slim but if calculate further, assuming the cost of 1.50 x 7000 before ex-date, and after bonus shares the new cost will be 0.875 per share. If the share price stands at 1.00 post bonus share, the profit margin is 14% still worthy.

Based on the circular, the illustrated ESOS pricing is 1.37 which is based on average 5 days trading level before ex-date and the bonus share issue is 5:7. Look at recent price and share volume trading, sense something coincident.

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 2): The Malaysian Official Gazette Aug. 30 published an order providing an income tax exemption for companies making capital expenditures to modernise or automate their manufacturing activities.

Taxpayers must apply for the exemption: a) by Dec. 31 for companies upgrading manufacturing processes for rubber, plastic, wood, furniture, or textiles in 2015 through 2017; or b) by Dec. 31, 2020, for all other companies with qualifying projects in 2015 through 2020.

The Official Gazette also published rules on how companies making capital expenditures to modernise their manufacturing equipment can claim accelerated
capital allowances. Both regulations apply from the 2015 tax year.

@ this price onli got privilege esos is reasonable....director n employees fight for esos..though will dilute the eps...but bringing up the earning will offset it...btw grab be4 X.. as stteck said 1.37 price is safe to check in......those u bought is selling from 1.6++ n 1.5++...

after X wil bring down the NTA ..but stil well above current price.... this is call creating value to its company..
