Mkland is not lack of good news or good cash , how many times got good news this few years
I just know loss counter like destini , Zelan , Brahims is limit upppppp
example Zelan from lowest 0.025 until highest 0.105 just need 6 months
Mkland no matter market bull or good results .

But I still hold because now I loss 40% my cost at 35sen ,
when 35sen already we said cash rich land rich until now we still good to MKland
hope MKland boss can really do a good job for us and give 3SEN dividend for us.

Don tell me Nick, you are around 80 age ok...as long as you are around 50, u still have 20 years to play around for it to harvest...The only sure way for it to return values to shareholders is massive Land disposal...We are still waiting for 3000 acres Bandar Teknopolis project to launch tis year n tat alone should provide a big catalyst for Mkland...its Taman Bunga Raya in Bukit Beruntung all sold out even before launch...its affordable housing product mix is highly in demand now...

It was hitting 0.375 (+0.025) (+7.1%)
Market was very super bullish today onwards !

My purchase price was at 0.07, on paper, i already making a profits of
=> (0.125-0.07)/0.07 =0.055/0.07 *100= +78.6%

Beside KNM, my komark also flying, closed at 0.225 (+0.015) (+7.1%) ! Brilliant !
Today highest price at 0.245 (+0.025) (+16.7%)
My purchase price was at 0.135, on paper, i already making a profits of
=> (0.225-0.135)/0.135 =0.09/0.135 *100= +66.7%

today's high was => 0.26 (+0.35) (+15.6%)

My purchase price was at 0.135 {It's record lowest is= 0.12}, on paper i already making a profits of

If only need ten years rise 80sen what is the points keep money in MK ?
you put other account 1 years rise 100% plus dividend eg Ranhill :AZ, Mrcb, Wct mitra ,MMC , zelan \Dayang and many mnay many
all the counter I mention from lowest to highest within 1 years is more than 60 to 80% some even 100%
remeber mk no dividend
put in eps after ten yaers more tha put in MK
10years you invest in property or other better

Ivan... Wat makes u think property can outperformed stocks?????? For a 0.20 stock to rise to 0.80 it is already 3 times of triple gain or 300% return...Wat make u think a house tat cost 500k can rise to 2 mil in 10 years... The answer is NO or totally IMPOSSIBLE!!! Property or Bricks is the worst investment of all after u factor in all the hidden fees or legal fees...Stocks will always outperform property investment no matter wat pls get ur facts right here...

Mkland boss is happy like that
keep all the things inside company we cannot get any shit if no dividend
put in Epf got 6% to 7%
L&G got 9%, jkgland got 2%
Mkland is 0 and price still low
even jkgland also slowy up now plus dividend
so I most no eye see couter but most loyal
