Tat is why long term investing is a better strategy as u won't know when a stock will fire up all the way to the moon...some more no trading cost involved just sit back n enjoy the ride long term...
Lewis...after so many false ignition last time, could tis time be a real turning point for mkland??? I 've watched many counters skyrocketed fm 0.40 all the way to 1.50 in less than six months time...Why? Bcos it was undervalued and ppl rushed in to buy b4 it is too late...I 've a very strong feeling tis time Mkland will skyrocket beyond ur wild imagination...During the good old days, Mkland was traded btw the range of 3.00-4.00 last time...So current price 0.47 is too cheap...Monday, all eyes will be focused on Mustapha & Kasi Land....MKLAND!
so , Nemesis if like what Mustapha told the share holder during 2013 AGM , he wants to bring MKLAND back to the old glory . What will be your target ? still $1 ?
Nick...Its NTA is only 0.96 though its RNAV is above 2.00...So i will stick to its NTA as guidance for my price target...I peg it at 1.00-1.20...Hopefully Kasi won't throw his shares again tis time...In fact his stake in the company has been reduced to only 16% from 19.6% recently...Mustapha is holding almost 40% of the company...So public share holding of tis company is still very large at around 40%...Tis company even selling land alone can prosper and excel without doing any property development...Ok another 40 min to market opening...Pls take your position NOW! The rise must go on....
I am gonna ask him to speed up the sale if its setiawangsa land...tat could bring in at least 150 mil free cashflow...I will also ask them their commitment of share buyback to boost its share price...
Last week, was waiting for the profit taking first before top up somemore. Then, it stuck around 0.395-0.4. Thought it is sleeping again and did not monitor due to workload. missed the 0.40 boat, 2-3 days after that became 0.47 ... $$$$ gone!
Based on previous track record once it touch 48sen..it will soften until 0.42-0.44 region..which I think the same pattern will be followed..below 40sen is probably out of card..but relatively it will stabilise above 425...just my 2cents honest observation about MKLAND share price behaviour

Overall I really don understand since it is so undervalued why till now the management won't initiate any share buyback of its shares...it is so inefficient n dumb...if the company thinks tat it's share is undervalued they should buyback its own shares at the current low level...they 've ample cash to exercise it...what kind of a dumb management it is...not wise at all...do no create values for shareholders at all....
nemesis's comments are quite true. Activation of its share buy back programme can well become another catalyst to enhance shareholders' value in the form of better market price valuations + becoming part of its Dividend policy, i.e. a combination of dividend-in -specie and cash dividend. This new catalyst can soon materialise as "the renewal of mandate for its share buy backs" is now part of the Agenda for its AGM on 21/11/15 (it will be good if shareholders attending the coming AGM "push" the Board for this to be actively carried out)
Without the company participation n share buyback u can never see mkland at 1.00...It is either the the company want their share price to trade tat high or not or stay at current low level...It is up to Tan Sri Mustapha...we are small fish we can't do anything...even syndicates also can't goreng the price to 1.00 as Mk shares is tightly controlled by Mustapha as it is family business...So owner has the final say...we small fish can't do anything...
Nemesis remember i told u b4 , Tan Sri had the vision to bring this counter back to the old glory. So i believe this is the time for him to take action . He is old already , if he dont do it now , he will not be able to see Mkland going back to the past glory. i guess this is the last chance for him. SO just wait lah
