HAHA What they mean is to take certain portion of your stock to do trading n the rest keep for long term. Anyway if u r an "expert "already then u can use higher % to trade otherwise u use very small % to try first. Nemesis this counter can give u kopio $ to go for holiday etc etc lah
Not really...I 've seen big bang happened to many counters...Once it shot up and UP never came down again...let say u sell at 0.45 then suddenly few days later it shot up to 0.50, 0.60, 0.70 and maybe above 1.00 in short period of time...Yes kktom might gain short term interval profit few rounds but long term holders earn All in One profits in the long term...without having to bang head if missed opportunity to buy again n they save on trading cost n no need to ve a sleepless night thinking on how to trade the mkt...in the long run I m 100000% sure I will earn the ALL IN 1 profit when I sell all above 1.00...I just need to wait while enjoying the dividend...as simple as tat no need to bang head...
If u sell at 0.45 for short term gain , I m sure u are not willing to buy back at 0.48 right...u wait for it to come down below 0.45 again b4 entering again while d price goin up n up n up...tis cud happen to u...

Nobody knows when is the property gonna pick up again, but we can prepare for it to prosper again in the future...a stock can jump 3 folds in a short period of time without u realise it...So far i made few big mistakes by selling winners JUST for short term again n waited for it to come down again so tat I could buy again BUT it didn't...Today few of the stocks are trading at 2-3 times higher than my selling price...IF the 82 mil is flowing in 2nd qtr 2016 result then maybe we could expect 1st interim dividend to be 2 cent...
Nemesis still going to attend the AGM ? Dont forget to represent us to request for a special dividend for the FY 2015. During the previous AGM Tan Sri always think that the share price all depend on market force. Can u highlight to him that the management also responsible for the pushing up of the price . One more question. Every year the management request the share holder to give them mandate to buy back 10% of the share from the market . Why for the past three years not even one lot being purchased ? Now the company is consider as cash rich , why dont they purchase the 10 % and give it to the share holder as bonus issue ? actually very high Dividend Yield Paid 4 sen (2 sen interim + 2 sen final) in 2014 paid 1 sen interim + present 2 sen (total 3 sen) in 2015
the 3 sen dividend in 2015 is equivalent to 7.06% return (3 sen divided by 0.425 current share price) MUCH HIGHER DIVIDEND YIELD THAN THE BANKS' FD INTEREST RATE OF 4.2%

Latest AGM report stated Mkland still owning 230 acres of land in Damandara perdana instead of 160 acres reported by publicinvest all this while... it proves tat its analysis is inaccurate n misleading all tis while....
Nope...I was not free at tat day last min...anyway net profit for 2016 will be flat...mkland must be able to sell its setiawangsa land to boost profit n maintain good dividend...otherwise depending on its lacklustre Suasana Damansara Damai and its 200 mil remaining unbilled sale won't do any good for 2016 financial performance...
Expected. Property transaction a bit slow now and a lot of developer given out a lot of good deal for serious buyer. If want buy contruction stock, better focus on big player which is potential to grab a piece of cake in MRT 2, MRT 3, HSR, LRT extension and so on infrastructure projects.
