Due to unrealized loss on foreign exchange RM1.69m, eps become 3 cents, if not eps should be 5.28cents. Really bad luck......again......last time is SOS, this time forex.....

We forget about one thing. Most likely prolexus revenue will be low due to CNY festival during this quarter. Probably the employee production will be lower due to lesser number of working days during this period. Also, there is only 28 days in february. U can see the trend on every year. The revenue will b lower on Q3.

admin expense increase make sense...look at last quater...also same...the reason EPS drop :
1) compare to preceding quarter: lower revenue
2) compare to last year quarter : increase in admin expense , which cannot increase the revenue significantly...

Prlexus: Time to take profit!
Results Update

For QE30/4/2014, Prlexus's net profit dropped 67% q-o-q by 17% y-o-y to RM2.2 million while revenue was mixed- dropped 37% q-o-q but rose 14% y-o-y to RM53 million. Revenue dropped q-o-q from RM84.4 million to RM53.3 million due to lower revenue from the garment division. Net profit dropped q-o-q due to lower revenue and unrealised forex loss of RM1.7 million as compared to a unrealised forex gain of RM2.2 million in QE31/1/2014.

Traditionally Q3 earning is week. Q3 2014= 3.01 sen, Q3 2013= 3.67sen Due to Chinese New Year holiday break in early February. In China they have at least 2 -3 weeks off.
