Again the reaction is nuts.. Representing a completely unjustified tax of no more than 2% on hibiscus total revenue but share price tanks 10%.. Wt...F.. I have alot more trust and confidence in Hibiscus and their statements than sensationalist politicians.. Are they going to halt Petronas also..they are actually the majority partners in almost all of hibis production sharing contracts..never a dull moment

Rebound to 0.865 n drop to new low below 0.785 to 0.73.

Bcause dispute with state gomen wont be resolved anytime soon. Most like will go to court. Bcause 90mil$ is a lot of money.

1.02 uptrend to 1.49.
Once it dropped below 1.02, it will go to:

1.02 - (1.49 - 1.02) = 0.55

How it will get there, and when it will get there, dont know. But it will get there..

At 1.27/1.30 i said downtrending to below 1.00.
Now at 0.80/0.90 i say it will go down to 0.50 - 0.60.

Someone talk tech. Lets talk tech.
Besides that bearish inversion set up,

It has dropped below its 50 day mvg avg at 1.29 on 10-06-22.

Next only 12 days later it dropped below its 200 day mvg avg at 1.00 on 22-06-22.

Then a brief rebound was stopped around this 200 day mvg avg.

Then on 15-07-22 it briefly violated its 400 day mvg avg at 0.83.

Yesterdays brief dead cat bounce took it to 0.93 b4 serious reversal to 0.935.

Todays bounce to 0.88 has been reversed to 0.84.

Now 4k buy at 0.845 vs 18.4k sell at 0.85. It will turn red soon.

It will break its 400 day mvg avg at 0.835 as soon as this evening to complete 3 consecutive DEAD CROSS of its 50, 200 & 400 day moving averages.

Then THEREFORE, it WILL DRIFT DOWN towards 0.50 - 0.60 to HYBERNATE THERE FOR A LONG2 TIME.

@rr88, yes, I am reference to the dead cross. using EMA 50 vs EMA 90 vs EMA 200, all 3 moving average is trending down. 1st dead cross (EMA 50 < EMA 90）Jul 7th => price close at 0.875. 2nd dead cross （EMA50 < EMA 200) shall happen somewhere within 1 week time, expect a sharp drop lower then 0.785. 3rd dead cross (EMA 90 < EMA 200) shall happen somewhere within 1 month time, expect a last sharp drop, I am waiting for it for bottom fishing. If can buy low, why buy high ？

PSAi3Alert, here is what public dont know.
Marsidi and his team had a meeting regarding SST with Petronas. We sont have a clue why Marsidi didnt drag Tommy Thomas into this. Marsidi argued that Petroleum companies including Petronas should comply with Sabah Land Regulation 2020.
The problem is Petronas and Sabah already had an agreement way after independent. Petronas agreed ro give royalties to Sabah.
Petronas continue to give until now.
The problem with Sabah Land Regulation is you need a body to execute and enforce their regulation. Sabah state is divided into smaller districts. Local council enforce their regulation. If you have dispute, you can argue in court.
I have dozens of parking tickets in Kota Kinabalu and I havent paid a sen until now. And their parking tickets are not Fed offence. So, I am happy here sleeping, snoring every night like a pig.

0.84 shall be short sellers' buy back orders. short selling 19347 lots early this morning at 0.865/0.86, buying back at 0.84.
