An inexperienced staff at KLSE could have released the Suspension notice wrongly if they have read Awantec letter properly on 8-4-23 and should held liable and or compensate to investors who panic over this notice

Delisted is benefit to director. They still can hold and manage company with high salary. They still can get dividends if company earn profit. Similar like sdn bhd. So delisted is only affected small shareholder can not trade share easily.

Don't dream anymore if no suspension why bursa announcement the date of suspension 26 Arp? The awantec already 2 years didn't submit regulation plan. No more chance to extend. The only way is delisted those breach the listing rules. Do you think awantec can submit regulation plan for next 6 month? If also can't submit why SC want to extend? 2 years also can't submit.

The result will be delisted because awantec still continuing fight with government court case. SC will not allowed to extend or cancel the submission of regulation plan. Until now awantec still unable to provide a regulation plan meaning they are fail to meet the listing requirements. Their business cannot meet the regulation plan requirements so they totally don't want to provide a plan. Still dreaming waiver of submission. 26 Apr confirm suspend. Same as serbadk suspend 2 years at least. If you can wait 2 years you just keep it

In view that this matter of Appeal has been escalated to the relevant regulatory authorities of Bursa for deliberation and decision, this matter can be decided quite fast…. Even delisted, Awantec can still operate as a private entity to rejuvenate….

Delisted meaning minority shareholder can't sell their share in open market anymore. Furthermore SC is government body. Awantec want to fight court case take money from government. Do you think SC will help awantec? Confirm not. SC will deny anything awantec request and fasten to delisted awantec

NOSH is 790m shares. Current NTA without the award of 231M is $0.225. Award of 231m is equivalent to $0.2924.
Total is $0.5174 NTA. Last 2 Quater shows profit. Too undervalued

Haha. I buy Ageson at 3 cents. Delisy 8 months. Relist at 7 cents. More than 100% for holding 8 months. Ageson is a pariah stock compare to Awantech. Cash Rich Co making money. I can keep for 1 year. No worries.
