I believe bjauto has a strong fundamental..just automotive industry is challenging right now & the depreciation of RM might hurt its earning..long term still very good
Haha...i am not expert lo awieze..but simply look at the company..they holding cash..PE around 12 n ROE around 45...if you refer the report from TA securities..u can see they sell more unit than last year..and most importantly i am a fans of Mazda...only my personal view..hehe
Is it possible for example I am the fund manager, and I tell my friend to buy when I press the price and ask my friend to sell when I jet up the price. Few days 1 time, earn some money and 50:50?
MBM and BAuto remain our BUY picks for exposures to the auto sector from a valuations perspective. The former has market share leadership in the A segment via its 22.6% stake in Perodua. The latter is gaining traction with the Mazda franchise in Malaysia as well as the Philippines. Its new, attractive launches coupled with competitive pricing will drive growth.
if the sales quantity is significantly bigger than that can average down their fix cost which can absorb currency losses, but currency loss was only for a few months that they can avoid it with reserves and delayed payment. cause now yen is back at 3.5~3.6 which is manageable. i believe they can absorb the currency losses and give the same projected performance;)
Currency might hurt in bjauto margin...intensive competition as well..u can see honda doing promotion agreesively..and the TIV is not so optimistic..short term a bit tough..but bjauto is still strong in fundamental
