Al-Salam and Al-Aqar are same reits. Dana Johor is not Reit. Why there is mixed-up?

Not everyone is in this for long term or dividend. If want dividend better but nearer to ex date. Sone reits give dividends 3X a year.
By the time get the 6% dividend, already earn 15% or more trading other stocks.

People buy new IPO is hit and run. Dropping beliw IPO price within 1st 3 days isnt good.

This coming month , I had seen many houses n shops putting up signs to rent , seemed that the effect is slowly biting into place like the impact of GST , weaken ringgit vis a vis other currencies , petrol ups , salary stagnant n some lost their jobs , factories close shop , business is really bad n some shops got difficulty to service rentals, car sale dips , property sale dampen , nothing is right nowadays...may b bad times r ahead not too distant. Just prepare to take the full bunch of the forces.....
