A few risk factors better buy mother The risk is high Son Another 4 months left expired , high premium & Possible if son” in the money ”any time so company if need money for who hold warrants to pay 0.50 excerisce prices is a huge cash flow for dnex ,if this secnario happen company won't push up the son prices !!! to Born....h .i had 25 k bt between 2016/2017 .Managed to sell all today. Worried price may go down, If sold off 2 weeks earlier better profit ( ,that' on the hindsight ,ha )
..I dont want to convert to mother share because have to bring out some money .At least am getting back my capital. ( (price bt from 33to 35)..Good luck to those holding Dnex

To convert to mother, 10000 x RM0.50 = RM5000, u need to pay extra RM5k to convert to mother.
Your cost is 10000x RM0.35=RM3500
Total cost is RM8500 to convert to mother...

Lifeunlimited,last day to convert is 30 july ,but dont do it last moment,cos if u miss,burn ur money..
Get a form,send bankers cheque & do it 3 weeks before expiry.
This is due to a 3rd party processing it...I just ask my remisier today.She said it takes between 14 - 21 days to process..

Sometime it took 1-2 months transfer mother to yours CDS account (that my previously experience ) but now maybe SC new Rule make it processing faster .

Even son is " in the money " My opinion I will buy mother coz when we converted to mother period maybe that time share prices like sky rockets and we miss the opportunity to sell or some time after son successful processing converted to mother share maybe that period share prices drop . Process of conversion. Contact the Share registrar Mega Corporate Service Sdn Bhd.

They will send email with further instructions.

Summary:-
The conversion price is RM 0.50 and the ratio is 1:1.

1. Fill up the form

2. Prepare bank draft made payable to “DNeX Warrants Accounts”

i. (1 WD + RM 0.50)

*conversion price : Rm 0.50*

e.g : 1000 units x Rm 0.50 = RM 500.00

3. Processing fees Rm 20.00 to Mega Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. (cash/online transfer/bank draft/personal cheque)

8 market days for the conversion to process.

Some doubts:-
1. Do we have to send our filled up form to Mega Corp? Can give the form + payment in cheque to the remiser do it for us? I have moved quite far away from the remiser due to my posting.
2. Can we issue personal cheque too for payment or must be bank draft?
3. The filled up form must reach them 8 days before 30 July?

For sharing, i submitted early conversion to ordinary shares with Rakuten platform. I'm must say, it's quite hassle-free, first step is to email to Rakuten's customerservice, and the rest is easy peasy by the click of your mouse in your own login trading platform. To my suprise, i don't need to find up
any form, no bank draft needed, but make sure you have sufficient fund in your cds account. Good luck guys.....
