BEWARE OF THE LEGAL SCAMMER : NEXGRAM!!!!!
Before conso, majority of retail buy @ rm0.05 cent per share.
Let say OKU_2020 buy 1 million unit@ rm50,000. Before conso, the share drop to rm0.01, which make OKU_2020 money became RM 10,000.
After conso, the value dropped to rm0.01 again, which result for OKU_2020's dropped to RM 1000.
From RM 50,000 to RM 1000.
That's 98 percent of paper money loss......
This is the worst kind of scammer company in the whole world....
Let say after this consolidation 1:5 really happen.
Then drop again to 1 sen.
20,000 unit x 0.01=rm200
This is the truth!!!!! from RM50,000 to RM200??????
We have to stop this legal scammer at all cost!!!!

These conters can be classify under same group :-
bornoil, fintec, focus, xox, eah, at, compugt, g3, joe, kgroup
All with multi BILLION shares due to directors continuous fund raising via shares issuance to RI, PP, ESOS or for asset acquisition
Be careful of shares consolidation which is normally followed by fund raising via shares issuance to rights issue
Directors have immense power to carry out the above

On behalf of the Board of Directors of KAG (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:
(i) proposed consolidation of every 30 existing ordinary shares in KAG (“KAG Share(s)” or “Share(s)”) into 1 Share (“Consolidated Share(s)”) (“Proposed Share Consolidation”);
(ii) proposed renounceable rights issue of up to 466,027,527 KAG Shares (“Rights Shares”) on the basis of 3 Rights Shares for every 1 Consolidated Share held on an entitlement date to be determined later (“Rights Issue Entitlement Date”), together with up to 233,013,763 free detachable warrants (“Warrant(s)” or “Warrant(s) D”) on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 Rights Shares subscribed for at an issue price to be determined and announced by the Board at a later date (“Proposed Rights Issue”); and
(iii) proposed establishment of a share issuance scheme of up to 30% of the total number of issued Shares (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time during the duration of the scheme for eligible employees, executive directors and non-executive directors of the Company and its non-dormant subsidiaries (“Proposed SIS” or “Scheme”).
