Unless the criminal spent all the millions in only food and now already turn in sh++ and gone to the sewerage .. I think the money can be recover . Items bought with illegal money can be confiscated. And Banks probably have some kind of Operation insurance cover , such as Bankers Blanket Bond (BBB) Protection against losses resulting from its employees' dishonest or fraudulent acts (performed individually or in collusion with other persons) and from third parties' acts committed with the intent to obtain financial gain.
Then recovery not the bank work to do. The insurer with settle the lost and will work on the recovery

Scary. Money missing from our accounts in the Banks. Bank staff steal. Land titles transferred without owners knowledge. Phew..... what else? Anybody has any updates on what happened to the few mules who were arested by the Police for renting their bank accounts to scammers.

Keep and collect DIV once a year to pay monthly Electric bill, water bill, Internet bill, netflix bill, gas bill, sewage bill and other utilities. More than enough. Balance use to top up sikit.
