sephiroth, u can't compare EUPE with OSK, OSK has solid fundamental, very consistent and improving earning and many on going big project while EUPE is a junk where earning is not stable at all, and EUPE only rely on just few projects. Sorry to say. EUPE earning peak is already over and the worst is on the way. C u at 80c or even 70c.

base on total sare issue, chart, bid pattern, selling pressure, the selling is apparently done by institution / big player who may have insight into the company operation, the way of sell down is definitely alarming !

EUPE fundamental and earning per share are very attractive and fantastic but no big player to support it even at very good buying price. Unless the property sector collapse, EUPE share price should recover.

there is no Big player to support but there is BIG player throwing down like mad.

1-Eupe has a total unbilled sales of 720 million for 2025
2-The annual EPS in FY 2025 will be at least > 26 cents.
3-Eupe has a net debt of 117 million which is very low if you consider the total unbilled sales of 720 million for 2025.
4-ROE=7.32%, cash flow from operation=18.8 million, EV/EBIT=5.74, NTA=3.40, Price/Book=0.32 .
5-PER=4.22, this stock is really undervalued.

Be realistic, Eupe is a junk company run by rubbish management, that's why the share price has been dropping 40%+ from this year peak while all other mid/large cap property stocks drop way lesser.
I can assure you that Eupe will continue to drop in coming months starting tomorrow, i still see very high chance of collapse below RM1 in this month ! VERY HIGH CHANCE !
