LOL. EUPE junk drop more than mahsing, simeprop and even spsetia. At least other property stocks rebound with index, now just mere erase those previous gain from rebound, while eupe junk keep going new low :D Congrats bullrun

First time buy at 1.03, I like 'trash' counter like this, PE 4 to 5 times is absolutely 'Sky High', net gearing 0.25X 'overly high debt' compare to industry average 0.5X

sephiroth, u can't compare EUPE with OSK, OSK has solid fundamental, very consistent and improving earning and many on going big project while EUPE is a junk where earning is not stable at all, and EUPE only rely on just few projects. Sorry to say. EUPE earning peak is already over and the worst is on the way. C u at 80c or even 70c.

base on total sare issue, chart, bid pattern, selling pressure, the selling is apparently done by institution / big player who may have insight into the company operation, the way of sell down is definitely alarming !

EUPE fundamental and earning per share are very attractive and fantastic but no big player to support it even at very good buying price. Unless the property sector collapse, EUPE share price should recover.

there is no Big player to support but there is BIG player throwing down like mad.
