It is obvious that Mkland is rebranding and engaging with Media to attract investors and coverage...Things will move up the ladder with coming LSS5 big win of contracts...For Mkland to move up to 1.00, institutional investors and big funds must buy a stake in the company or else its shared price won't sustain firmly...thus Mkland forge ahead aggressively in property and Renewable Energy ventures...

As part of LSS5 bidding conditions, it clearly stated that it is compulsory that Malaysian + Bumiputra condition must be MET. I guess MK Land will be one of the bidders that qualifies and fulfill these conditions and hence would be considered more favourably in the bidding process.

Yess Mkland is 100% Bumiputera status...Chances of it winning a big portion of the LSS5 is very promising...On top of that Mkland has its own massive landbank in Perak and a Net cash balance sheet...All this arr very favourable to generate optimum profits...Let us wait for the LSS5 announcement soon...

Sometimes share prices are pushed down in anticipating for a good news announcement...So that those related parties can acquire at cheap price...if your investment horizon is long term, then why should you worry??? If u have extra money, then you should take this current opportunity to buy more shares at substantial discount...if it drops to 0.15 more beautiful cos it is so much cheaper to acquire than it is 0.190 now...
