Company warrants are issued by the company and give the holders the right, but not an obligation, to subscribe for new ordinary shares at a specified price during a specified period of time.
Structured warrants are proprietary instruments issued by a third-party issuer, namely an eligible broker or financial institution that give holders the right, but not the obligation, to buy (call warrants) or sell (put warrant) the underlying instrument in the future for a fixed price.
A call warrant is in-the-money when the exercise price is lower than the price of the underlying share.
A put warrant is in-the-money when the underlying share price is lower than the exercise price.

@theshoot, how you know? haha hear from where? can trust your source hehe
2024-07-07 00:40
@theshoot, ok ok we wait for the official announcement. I hear from industry players too haha
2024-07-07 22:32
From 6 Feb until now, I dont believe that anyone would take 6 months to negotiate a F&B franchise. Makes sense?
2024-07-08 16:08
However, my source tells me it's Luckin but we will have to wait. Please enlighten.
2024-07-08 16:09
@theshoot, if you look at 6 Feb announcement, Circular 1 page 12. You will notice that the company has set up 20 F&B shell companies for the proposed diversification. None of those names I am able to link / relate to Luckin. Example of the incorporated companies are Fresh Palate, Mingle Hub, Flavora Sdn Bhd etc. Hence, I believe the original intention of diversification was to bring in other F&B ventures / self build brands.
2024-07-08 16:12
However, along the way they somehow manage to talk to Luckin and now will drop all other F&B ideas? Please enlighten if you think my thoughts make sense. Thanks bro
2024-07-08 16:13
Otherwise, why incorporated 20 different F&B shell companies for food and also drinks nature? hmmm
2024-07-08 16:15
Goldman, they want to be big, not only Luckin. But luckin is more promising one. 6 month make sense, it's not a simple deal, a lot of things need to be in place and agreed.
2024-07-08 19:34
@theshoot, ok sir. Are you well versed in the F&B space? Cotti coffee doesn't look so promising. Hope that Luckin will be better
2024-07-08 22:26
Yes Luckin very promising. With tens of billion sales worldwide, they will somehow make an impact
2024-07-08 22:33
I am in the industry as well and it is said that its Luckin Coffee, also heard the LOI is to be signed by the mid of this month.
2024-07-09 16:20
There will also be another coffee player coming in this year which is EDIYA Coffee from Korea
2024-07-09 16:24
Hi Westeros, thanks for the updates. What's your take on EDIYA Coffee? Do you think will give Zus a run for their money?
2024-07-09 17:16
Hi goldmanbull, Yes I feel EDIYA will give ZUS a run for their money and why I say this is because I think they will aim for the malay segment of customers as the malay's tend to like anything that's Korean. As such if they play their marketing game well it may work very much their way.
2024-07-10 14:49
