Mutts! China has the lowest youth percentage wise! This was because of the one child policy!
The thing is, China has urbanized so fast than even after one child policy is lifted, many are not interested to have children! Reason, cosst of living is very high!

What many don't know about Xinjiang is that, the extremists started to groom many muslims there! Gosh, i mean, Xinjiang is just next door to Pakistan you know!

Mutts! Even with one child policy, China has 1.5 billon population! Malaysia has only 32 million yet we are among the most difficult nation to manage!
India too has similar population and practice democracy! So you can compare India and China!
Tell me, why dont' US bothers with so much human right violation in India! I mean, India has the worst case of human rights! India practice caste system! India only serve the bramins! The lower caste are like non existent!

I am fully supportive of what Ccp is doing in China! Despite their shortcomings!
Ccp has done far better than what other democratic nations have done for their citizens!

Leno! Actually you can get 30% for non bumi lots if you join those property clubs! Or if you are associate with those developers! Contractors are not paid in money but contra with new units meaning they can sell back their units with 30% profit or more!
Look, no need to play victim in property market! Thing so called bumi privilege is not a privilege at all!
So yeah, you buy bumi unit but you must sell to another bumi! Bumi units are not selling well and their price are lower than non bumi ones!

That's how i made so much money from property! I knew all the loopholes! I buy new units far lower than most people! However, i stop after 7 years ago coz so many knew of this! Instead, i shift to Johor like for the last 5 years!
Little did i knew it was the best decision ever! For the last one year, property in Johor has shot up 30%!

I only have few property for investment in Johor! Which really, i didn't expect to shot up so fast for the past 1 year! Fortunately i didnt sell them back then!
However, having said that, i am selling them off one by one! Target within 2 years!
Reason! Malaysia prospect is very dim!

If you go by the news feeds put out by this country, you will see that there is terrorism, suicide attacks, people in jail for terrorism, counter-terrorism efforts, re-education camps etc. So it is not a land of milk and honey as some people want us to believe. The best way to get over it is to be transparent about it..like what topglove did about its 'forced labour" charges.... Let people especially the press and human rights groups get unlimited access to its institutions for counter-terrorism and the people living there. If it does not like it..for whatever reasons that it wants to hide..then it should go on with life as it is.... and not whine over it ....

The elites send their children to the US and other european countries for their studies. For I am not mistaken, Pres Xi sent his daughter to Harvard. This problem of racial suppression would not be an issue if there was more transparency..allowing more access to the press and human rights groups to visit the region..sometimes i dont understand why this country which is 4.3 times of the US is afraid of everything and everybody including its own people...
