@stkoay according to NST article, why was PBB among the top five sell down stocks by foreign investors? Seeing that the price already considered low atm. I mean can considered a bargain given the TP by brokers way above 4.xx, really surprised why FF chose to push down PBB and CIMB too.

The recent sell down of banks stocks was mainly sold by FF....not so much on MBB probably bcos of different investors .....MBB is for yield and more long term investors

@stkoay I see, thanks for clarifying. after yesterday's BNM announcement of OPR been maintain, knew today will drop... Malaysian stocks are really predictable.. and knew it would drop, didn't help that Wall street (DJ n SnP500) also dropped

.... Run forest run... shark escape leaving 20 Bilis alone at 3.85... my guess might drop a bit more next week.. meanwhile bilis waiting at 3.84 and 3.83... I parked lower to try my luck la... no worries.. before month end got chances to escape ... small window but never the less window.. fear is drop low then ex-date dividend comes drop further

i3licker's assumption is incorrect. He can't use year 2013 which has the highest ROE within the year 2013 to 2022. To be fair and accurate, the average ROE rate for the nine years 2013 to 2022 should be taken as comparison to the latest ROE rate.
Moreover, the share price within that nine years at point of purchase by an investor should be taken into consideration as well.

Looks like PBB share price is stagnant and looks pretty dull. If it doesn’t improve post state elections then might as well move to Alliance Bank. They offer a higher dividend and there is lots of room for its upside. PBB is not as attractive as it used to be. Sad!

The prise is rotten. Now just wait for its dividend. Gone are the uncles good old days. Things dont look good at all! There are also other stocks like May Bank and Alliance Bank especially the latter which has Singapore connections. We never know if something is brewing with some foreign bank and Alliance.
