JCorp will push it up and sapu. So that less shareholders will disagree with its proposal to buy back shares. Kulim will be listed again after a few years as its oil business and its Kalimantan palm oil mature and growing big.
Expect kulim will giving free bonus 1 to 6 , and increase somemore its cash repayment to shareholders. That are my study conclusion, after I studied its proposal and its account status. :)

Bought UMW at Rm2.40. Still keeping after 11 years. UMW gone as high as Rm14.00. Others were Lafarge at 66 cents, KFima at 32 cents, PTaras at Rm1.40, Ajinomoto at Rm2.35, Tasek at Rm2.90 (Now over Rm15.00)

3) Then in year 1997 PPG Bought the shop on the right at no.68 for Rm732,000.
The Current Price of these shops are now worth at least Rm2 millions each if revalued.
Let's look at one more asset
4) Corner Freehold 2 storey Corner house Add No 2, Jalan Ungku 5, Taman Pelangi with 3,558 land. Bought in 1992 for only Rm110,000

What is the current value of a 2 Storey Corner House with 3,558 sq ft land in Bangsar? Rm3 millions? or more?
What is the current value of No. 2 Jalan Ungku 5, Tmn Pelangi? Corner with 3,558 sq ft land. About Rm1.1 million to Rm1.5 million. So if revalued it should be up at least 1,000%. The NTA of PPG is Rm1.03. If revalued Will NTA goes to Rm3.00 or Rm10.00 So what is the intrinsic value (or residual value) of PPG.
What about its potential value as the Spore Thomson MRT Will Be Stationed Near to Tmn Pelangi in future. Will PPG also take it private like J Corp took Kulim private?

What would happen if we do not sell the Kulim-WC share until its maturity date (i.e. 27-Feb-2016)? and in this case how to relate the Exercise Price or Revised Exercise/Strike/Conversion Price @RM2.77 if we do not sell the warrant after the maturity date?
