@dompeilee book value is fake. 1,2 billion jv deposit money gone. NTA effective almost zero. next year ynh bond coming payable too, so this is very high risk gamble to invest now.

Managed to sell 2/3 at abt 80c level when dropped from 0.86, kanna scared by the retracement even went to 0.77. Heng now is back to 80c level. Still considering to tahan take remaining profit...

OMG, selling crown jewel at below book price.
Seems like really desperate for cash.
Although YNH seem like have high NTA, but after remove its crown jewel, I think the rest are not worth.
Remember, asset book value can be fluctuate based on valuation method and market sentiment, but liability is fixed.

RM 1.2 billion prepaid JV development most probably will be wiped out completely, that is already more than double the paid up capital. What about the loan? Still got future for YNH?

If you think investing in this stock consider the fact first:

- Counter connect to Dr Yu have lost almost 90% of their value. If this is only because of margin call force sell, why nobody buy a big stake?

- There is no annoucnement for a new shareholder, means most trading is speculators, not white knight.

- Auditor did give qualified opinion and refuse to sign audit accounts

- Auditor resign

- New Director resign

- Bursa keep asking question about property deals almost every week

- If their NTA is real, why nobody buy control of the company? Nobody even buy 5%.

- YNH now selling their best property to Sunway in a hurry and for less than book value.

- 1.2 bil joint venture money likely disappear. Debt is skyhigh, so real NTA probably zero or less

- Sri Hartamas land has been put kaveat by government so cannot sell

- YNH bond has be downgraded by MARC

- Before force sell rapid and YNH trade at gila pe of over 2000 and 500

Be careful when playing this stock. Never hold over night becos you dont know what will happen tomorrow.

How should you vote in EGM?

Vote yes, you see value of fire sales bleeding your heart. At least getting some residue because not benefiting the Yu family.

Vote no, Yu family will do monkey trick again, and the property and money gone in thin air.

Either way is no good to shareholders. Just have to weigh which one cause lesser damage.

Just observe how they use big BUY VOL Q to lure newbies & bodo h-bies to Q @ 77c - 84c thinking it's CHEAP but they're are just donating $ to the fish-frying doctor....they are DUMPing to these buyers🤣 The imbalance of Buy Q being much more than Sell Q is a classic contrarian indicator!
