Japanese Clowns ❤️ being scammed. Moderators are afraid Japanese Clowns lose opportunity to lose money since Japanese Clown are masochists who enjoy being scammed.
I await with bated breath... If it does surge up a little... Unsure if I should just sell off everything and earn small or perhaps maybe keep a portion.
Congrats to those still holding Genting. Next week Huat Huat Huat already loh. Genting Plantation suddenly hit jackpot 300 million. Not just toto buyers get jackpot this CNY. Genting also giving early big Angpow next week.
The gay clowns are very desperate in getting you to unload your Genting holdings. When they can't scare you into selling Genting, and CNY festival expenses can't get you to sell neither. They resort to constantly posting scamming messages hoping that some of us may fall for it.
You better be very very careful while living in Malaysia thesedays, the society is broken, people are sick getting into drugs, illegal online gambling (the games are rigged), trapped by loan sharks etc and fallen into financial ruins.
Even your close friends who have problems above may want to scam you - looking for someone to take their place in hell. Can't trust anyone these days. Hold you Genting stocks tight tight tight. May it double up triple up by end of February!!!!
Happy Chinese New Year 2025 everyone. May this new year bring you and your family and friends regardless of race and religion a very properous and auspicious year. May I wish you and family safely come home and celebrate the coming holidays with utmost happiness and love. 🎆🎉🎊🎈🎁💗
Everytime I warn people about scamming, Balian seems to have something to say to undermine my comments. If you ask me, I will potong JJ if these gay clowns are not involved.
I would like to say this again, do not travel to northern regions of ASEAN, namely Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. The scamming syndicates are resorting to kidnap/grabbing ethnic Chinese tourist from the streets. As long as you spoke the Chinese language, you are being targeted,. Once kidnapped, you will either be sending for scamming operations, sold to brothels or sold for organ harvesting. These countries are lawless and ought to be sanctioned. Be warned!!
The scamming industry will collapse once the human supplies are totally cut off. If you ask me, only Malaysia and Singapore are totally safe for travelling thesedays. Choose to travel nearby, there are plenty of beautiful places that are worth to visit. No need to risk your life going so far north, Stay close and stay safe.
PDRM says if it is too good to be true, its not true.
If you are a Greedy Pig like some people, you know who, no need to mention names, its 100% confirmed its who you think lah, you WILL be scammed aka slaughtered.
This Japanese Clown repeatedly posts this scam thingy. That's the last thing on my mind. Also applies for most of us here.
If you are a Greedy Bastiard, others are NOT like you.
Reason is because I and most of us here are 100% totally different.
We are just not greedy people. I had seen many RM50.00 and RM100.00 notes on the ground. I had never ever picked these free money on the ground before. I always leave these money there for someone else who needs it more than me. 😁
Gay clowns think alike, a lesbian firefighter was questioned of her ability to carry a man out of a burning building, her response was if a man was stucked in a burning building, the man just being at the wrong place at he wrong time, don't count on her to risk her life for the man.
Again with the same gay clowns logic, Balian justifies that a person being scammed was entirely the fault of its own for being greedy.
I swear to god, I will potong JJ if these gay clowns are not involved the rampant online scamming operations in Malaysia and in this region.
I hope this gay clown or his family member get scammed and send to Myanmar for organ harvesting one day. The police can't catch you, but karma will surely catch up with you one day.
One more thing, majority of the recent online scamming mainly involved 1 particular bank. The name of the bank starts with the letter P. They have the weakest system among all the banks in Malaysia. If you visits their online banking login, it filled with scamming warning messages. Their solution is not the improve the security of their system but resort to warnings to their customer, and rest the responsibility solely on the shoulder of their customers. I wouldn't put my money in this bank to be honest until they upgrade their systems to fool proof the scamming activities.
Blaming the bank when you willingly instructed the bank to transfer the money when you already shock shock 1 second joy at Jalan Alor? Admit it. It's your own Greedy Pig.
Illiquid land is the most common reason for public listed companies in Bursa to go bankrupt. Theoretically, business schools call this as non-productive assets. This is extreme risk and nothing to be proud of, instead its very shameful.
But as usual, there is this feller ☝️above everyday trying to make GenT management look stupieeed to press down share prices. 😁
Look at the banks in Singapore, why they have super low scamming rate. Because their systems required 2-3 factor authentications when doing login and transfer. Malaysian banks do not have that, because want to save cost. Not just the bank, the government need to be blame too. Because they didn't use their authority to force implementation of 2-3 factor authentication.
Government of Singapore also have passed a law 10 years ago, it's the "Do not call" policy, it is illegal to cold call anyone for marketing etc purposes. Malaysia did not have that in place to protect the people. I can go on and on and on. The government and local banks today simply not up to date. Like I said, I wouldn't recommend the bank I mentioned earlier. They have the weakest security systems among Malaysian banks.
People of Malaysia get scammed calls all day long. It is long overdue for Malaysia to implement do not call policy and put system in place to monitor and keep track of scam calls.
Well, may be that a wishful thinking, because Malaysia politicians only busy thinking about future projects and awarding projects. Wink wink and getting rich just doing that.
I would recommend Malaysia to copy Singapore every step of the way in terms of security in regards information technology. That do not call policy was implemented 10 years prior, meaning Malaysia is at least 10 years behind. God knows how many things Malaysia is lack behind after 10 years has passed.
By the way, Singapore's do not call law/policy also cover unsolicited SMS and Whats.Upp messages. Now you see why Malaysia is rampant with Whats.Upp. tel.egram scam calls and messages. Malaysian have 0 protection when comes to scam calls and messages.
Government of Malaysia need to do something and do it fast. As we are so far behind.
Meanwhile, Genting Plantations said the land disposal will generate a one-off gain of about RM284.92 million or 32 sen per share. The group acquired the land in April 1981 for an initial investment cost of RM2.09 million. ….no significant impact on the group’s future income stream from its plantation activities as the planted area is less than 1%. https://theedgemalaysia.com/node/742390
Not necessary good to off load land now. Just barely out of covid. Economy is only recovering now. Property prices rose but there's greater potential momentum and movement in the forseeable future. Property prices have yet to boom.
Keep another 20 years, maybe value 1.5B. Or build new ind'l-comm'l-resid'l hub; 5-8B GDV. These 2 options may yield much higher profit, return, ROI, share price.
Good location flat land is a valuable asset and appreciates exponentially over time. So, why the need to sell now when they have kept it over 40 yrs ! Just bcos a good proposal comes doesn't mean G needs to sell it.
Perhaps, GP needs to shore up funds ! Not everything is revealed & transparent.
Yalor, Melaka nothing happening, offloading for RM 333 millions, this is jackpot. Malaysia now focus developments in Johor Penang KL and Sarawak.
Not much interest in places like Melaka. Selling the land is probably the best thing happen to Genting, especially selling the land at peak market now.
I think Genting share price big V recovery is well on its way. Usually big V recovery will start with small good news announcement then follow up with big news of Taurx approval, winning new casino license, Genting energy business take off etc.
Happy Chinese New Year. No more writing bad comments among the groups. Every one live peacefully. Genting Berhad Huat Ah, Heng Ah, Ong Ah. Q4 and total 2025 record profit. More and more one time extra ordinary gain from selling of US land. TauRX approver soon. Listing of Las Vegas hotel and Casino. New Oil and Gas finding, Power plants in China and oil palm in Indonesia. More projects to come. G Happy and Prosperous 2025.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
