All these 4 are very good longer term

1) Bj Corp has Colossal Assets. Own a mountain of land in Bkt Tinggi

2) MRCB is Govt linked. Now oversold and great value buy

3) Mui Bhd has Assets of Immense value. Price now at 16.5 sen is totally bombed out

4) L&G got very good lands near Proton City. L&G price has also fallen to very attractive level

Which is the rank of each? Very hard to tell which one will go up first due to these reasons

1) Bj Corp depends on TSVT as to when he wants it to go up?

2) MRCB will see action as this is GE14 year.

3) For Mui bhd divorce settlement will force asset sale

4) Catalyst for L&G will be Proton City benefiting its lands in Kerling & Serendah

So all are potential stocks to move up. When I can't tell.

Which rank first, second, third and fourth?

this company making money just enough to support few million ringgit salary for its directors.
duta hotel is abandoned project since 1998. probably cash from KHl and sale use to revive the project.
invest only if have extra cash. might stay a value trap for long time.

Dutaland own about 30,000 acres or about 12,000 ha of good oil palm plantation. In recent years, planted area are commonly sold for $60-75,000 per ha. So, 12,000 ha should worth $720 mil.
Dutaland capitalisation based on friday closing is only $415 mil.
Dutaland has many other property and debt free!
