Six years ago I held out my Dutaland for the deal to go through hoping for a special dividend. Dutaland never paid a single sen dividend before. The S&P was signed, the buyer the reputable IOI, 10% deposit collected BUT then the deal collapsed after the due diligence audit.

RM750 mil divide by 846 mil share = 88 cents cash per share just from the plantation sales alone !. Can safely expect windfall dividend.
I think the deal will safely go thru. BPlant desperately need to find a plantation asset to buy with the huge proceed from sales of 600+ ha land . Base on the letter of intent, looks like the completion of the deal will be within 1.5 months.
no it will take time to see retailers sold already or not? if retailers hold a lot it won't go up a lot......this bursa all control. they are the bookies, retailers are the players
