Dutaland badly needs the money to develop Kenny Heights. Many, many years ago they were supposed to develop the place with a foreign partner in a joint venture but the foreign party pulled out. Don't know why banks are not willing to finance the development of the place.

latlut, Cepat was a short term strategy. I bought before QR anticipating good results and sold off all in one go after it spiked a week or so after release of QR. Sometimes I play short term searching for counters which are expected to release good QR.

latlut, I hold a dozen stocks or so, some for long term like Insas, Affin. Some just bought recently for short term like Netx and Mlab which are Ace penny counters, obviously highly speculative. It is more important at what price a person buys. I bought Netx at 4.5 to 5 sen and Mlab at 9.5 sen, which are near recent bottom levels. Now I just sit back and hope the price will climb.

it proves Tan Eng's method actually works.. you just have to diversify into 300 stocks , 1 lot each counter and then pray hard every sunday. when one counter up you come out and hip hip hooray. when the remaining 299 counters down / sleep you just diam diam.
