@nckcm I agree with you that pe is supposed to be above 10 if you consider deep. but the NTA is as real as it is. Plus, It can only go higher with the raise of land value.
NTA is the real reason it should be valued much higher than current price (RM0.165)

Actually bought this stock because Airbus is doing a feasibility study to be completed by end of 2019. They hope to set up a huge airplane manufacturing plant in Labu. This ECRL coming here is really a big surprise. Imagine if both are approved !!!!!
