No details on the route released as yet, so why so disappointed? The route it seems is going to be 40kms shorter. It could be the rail maybe heading for negri sembilan somewhere and not port klang. Last station could be Labu, nobody knows as yet. Maybe passing through Bandar Malaysia also possible. So be patient and wait for Tun M announcement on Monday.
NTA of the company has been increasing throughout these years (up to Rm1) while it's trade price has decreased to the lowest of RM0.11 this last few months. If I had the money I would certainly be glad to own 10% of the company shares at the price of RM0.125 to RM0.170.

i checked google map, if it go through Kuala Kelawang to Bangi/Kajang, it must route somewhere near Seremban , like MANTIN , LABU, , unlikely go through LENGGANG (no space to build train track and too many mountain)
Do some homework & look @ calvintan's past calls...u will notice he will recommend AFTER the price has moved up 20-100% or more...I suspect he's part of a SG syndicate that quietly buys up speculative stocks & then dumps onto naive M'sian retailers.

I hv been travelling to Kota Kinabalu every other month since 2014. I can testify how IMAGO mall is growing and growing whilst other malls in KK just keep losing out to IMAGO. I concurred with Calvin that ASIAPAC is worth keeping for long term.
Their land valuation is based on 2006. It is more than 13 years right now. Based on 2006 valuation ,all the assets have a combination value of NTA 96c... Just imagine their true value after more than 13 years.
