the reason is : interest rate is rising. eventually the dividend payout will not be attractively anymore.

Judging by past distribution, at 1.30 yield becomes 6.4%. at 1.20 yield 7%. Already very good.

My personal Source, I receive news from reliable "source" that Malaysia Gov Paying the Previous Bonds this week ( Which lead to sudden dip in KLSE ) and Pushing New Bonds with high Interest rate Since this midyear to Agencies and Big Player and result in investors accumulate large sums of money (from Reit ) to purchase.

big fish can easy throw, because they buy this very long time ago, even sell low price now, also no problem, hard to compare with them.
