Sunreit is not "another China Stock" they have:

Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall
Sunway Carnival Shopping Mall
SunCity Ipoh Hypermarket
Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, Pyramid Tower Hotel
Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya, Menara Sunway and
Sunway Tower.

Do you see any of those above downtrend or making losses? I only see improvement/expansion in future. As Price of properties goes up, same goes to Sunreit Revenue. Be patients as there are no reason to panicl. Have a lil Faith on this Baby =)

The reduce of profit is due to the changes of fair value of the property. 2012 property value increase faster compare to 2013. However, the revenue and income generate from leasing is increased. So dont worry about the drop of profit.

yearly EPS reduce might due to no income from Sunway Putra Mall(under renovation). After it re-open,EPS & share price will fly.If not mistake,it will re-open on FY2015 only.

@shabudin, 10 lots will get RM20.2 at which rm6.8 is taxable .. 10 lots need around RM1330, if 10 lots get around RM202, everyone here will be v rich loo

unlike most reits, sunreit pays income distribution quarterly. at the curent price its about 6% if the quantum continues.
