whoever attending the AGM tomorrow, would be great if you can ask the management some questions and share the answers here.

1. what do they plan to do with the massive piece of land now? develop, sell or both? any timeline and GDV numbers?

2. for the UiTM Phase 3 contracts they won earlier this year, when is the expected commencement date? how much will Triplc be paid every year?

The Puncak deal I'm guessing they will probably not answer citing confidentiality etc. but you can try as well.

nothing surprising, phase 3 construction haven't started. only concession steady income now. this has largely been the case since 2014. the prospect commentary by the management quite aptly summarise its steady nature and prospects. but of course short term game changer is Puncak, only 3 weeks away...

Vivo. PER is almost irrelevant in Triplc scenario. Puncak is making an evaluation base on the availability of the assets or income generating assets or projects of the company. We will be very happy if you are able to act like stock god to dump... limit down.

Puncak no more buying TriPlc. It wants to buy plantation company in latest announcement and possibly spend more there. Construction is too competitive business.

Puncak has cash of RM1.2bn. They are spending 260m on plantation for future revenue and profit, which they can use similar amount and get immediate revenue and profit from phase 3 contract and immediate net cashflow from phase 2 contract. appreciate you guys stopping by but it would be better to skim past just the surface when analysing info

this company usually has low liquidity, so only sell if you really want to. not advisable to try selling high and collect low
