Joe, jualan dari aktiviti utamanya kian teruk, keuntungan yang dilaporkan datang dari kenaikan harga saham seperti pasukhas yang dimilikinya. Joe ada RM140juta++ tunai, lebih baik beli lebih banyak syer pasukhas yang murah kini ataupun mengambil alihnya dengan tunai ataupun swap syer.

Buy pasukhas instead. The norm is the share price of acquired company will go up :)


Tak hairan pun, Joe mengalami jualan yang tak baik tapi ada banyak tunai sebanyak RM140juta++ . barangkali Joe akan beli syer pasukhas sehingga 30%-40% drp jumlah ekuiti pasukhas dan kemudian menawarkan untuk mengambil alih pasukhas melalui swap saham, katakan 5 syer Joe untuk setiap satu syer pasukhas. Harga syer Joe kini = 4sen. Jadi, 5 syer Joe hanya 20sen.

Jikalau Joe dan Pasukhas adalah satu kumpulan/entiti, jumlah tunai adalah RM250-300 juta. Oleh itu, tidak mustahil Joe mau menelan Pasukhas sebab jualan dari aktiviti utamanya tak bertumbuh, jauh berbeza dengan situasi Pasukhas.
